Stoughton Trailers and Midwest Prototyping are among 37 employers that will receive grants for manufacturing training from the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development. DWD will award a total of $1.5 million to help about 2,200 manufacturing workers in 15 counties train for new jobs or higher wages. Stoughton Trailers will receive $238,471, and Midwest Prototyping will get $32,064.
Also in the Greater Madison area, an additional $74,369 will be shared between Anteco Pharma, CM Global, EVCO, Fisher Barton Specialty Products, McFarlane MFG, Springs Window Fashions, and Teel Plastics.
