The Doyenne Group, a Madison-based, women-focused business group for entrepreneurs, announced that it has launched a new business accelerator that will allow new business owners to build skills over the course of a year.
Its first group started in January and includes seven startups. Each will receive a $5,000 grant throughout the year as they learn from a range of experts.
Business participants must be at least 51% female or minority owned and able to scale up, according to a story in the Wisconsin State Journal.
