Downtown mixed-use apartment building the ōLiv last Monday welcomed The Stuffed Olive restaurant and martini bar as well as Double Tap gaming bar, according to the Wisconsin State Journal. The two businesses on the corner of State and West Gorham streets are owned by Tony DeSalvo, who is CEO of Iowa-based Harmonic Hospitality Group and also owns the Roxxy, a nightclub slated to open Aug. 12.
The Stuffed Olive serves 107 different martinis, a variety of fried stuffed olives, crab rangoon, and flatbreads and is open Sunday–Thursday from 11 a.m.–2 a.m. and Friday–Saturday from 11 a.m.–2:30 p.m. Double Tap offers pizza and around 40 legacy arcade games and new games; it’s hours are Sunday–Thursday from 3 p.m.–2 a.m. and Friday–Saturday from 3 p.m.–2:30 a.m. The Roxxy will have the same hours as Double Tap.
The Stuffed Olive, Double Tap, and the Roxxy together occupy around 15,000 square feet, with the Roxxy accounting for roughly 7,500 square feet and the rest evenly split. Harmonic will employ about 125 workers in Madison once all three spaces are open.
