Management of the AC Hotel has expressed concern that a new Pinckney Street development project would block the hotel’s popular views of the state Capitol dome from its Eno Vino Wine Bar and Bistro, located on the hotel’s 10th floor, according to a Capital Timesreport.
Urban Land Interests has proposed a redevelopment of the old American Exchange Building and plans to construct a 10-floor office building between 1 and 19 N. Pinckney St. that would ostensibly block some views from Eno Vino.
A petition asks the city’s Urban Design Commission to approve a lower height for the building.
