L’Etoile restaurant, at 1 S. Pinckney St. on the Capitol Square, is again serving in-person customers after closing its dining room in March 2020, according to a story from the Wisconsin State Journal. The restaurant is co-owned by Executive Chef Tory Miller and Diane Christianson, who also own Graze and Estrellón. Graze will be reopening next week and Estrellón will likely open in June.
