. The $35 million project will include a new sanctuary, community spaces, offices, and other amenities for the church on the first floor, with 122 mostly lower-cost apartments on nine floors above. The project also includes below-ground parking. Eighty-five percent of the housing units will be set aside for those earning below 60% of Dane County’s median income, or $55,680 for a family of three. The planned apartments are studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units.
