The house of mouse is investing $1 billion in OpenAI to bring characters like Mickey Mouse, Wall-E and Chewbacca to the company’s Sora video generation tool in a licensing deal, the Associated Press reports.

This is OpenAI’s first major content licensing partner for Sora, a tool that uses AI to create short videos. The tool is able to create video clips based on text prompts.

The licensing deal runs for three years and will allow users to use Sora to generate and share videos based on over 200 Disney, Marvel, Pixar and Star Wars characters.
