Attorney General Josh Kaul has filed a lawsuit against Columbia County-based Didion Milling Inc., according to a Wisconsin State Journalreport. The milling company faces multiple violations at a plant where a fatal explosion occurred in 2017. The action alleges the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) found 30 violations at the company’s Cambria corn mill during its 2019 inspection. The lawsuit seeks up to $25,000 for emissions, record-keeping, and reporting violations, among others.
