At the direction of Gov. Tony Evers, the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions (DFI) issued emergency guidance today on character and fitness requirements for all payday and licensed lenders doing business in Wisconsin, according to a story from the Cambridge News & Deerfield Independent.
