A redevelopment proposal at the corner of South Park and West Lakeside streets was approved by Madison’s Urban Design Commission.
The 4-story building will be a mixed-used development and be a few blocks from SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital.
The building would have commercial space on the ground floor and over 50 apartments on the upper floors, according to the Cap Times.
