Developers propose $22 million project for Market Square

Apex Real Estate Holdings and Walter Wayne Development want to demolish the closed Market Square Theater and replace it with a $22 million housing development, according to a Wisconsin State Journalreport. The project at 6604 Odana Road is one of the first proposed since the city approved the Odana Area Plan last fall. The plans call for a six-story project offering 98 apartments, 2,500 square feet of commercial space, and two levels of parking.
