A proposed $40 million mixed-used development would level the Lakeside Shopping Center at Monona Drive and Cottage Grove Road, according to a Wisconsin State Journalreport.
Joe Krupp is proposing the demolition to make way for a four-story, two-phase project that would contain commercial space, 191 apartments, and underground parking.
