After a failed attempt in July with its Hub II project, Core Spaces is now proposing a building of the same height with 106 apartments and several revisions, according to a Wisconsin State Journal report.

The new project incorporates a redesigned front facade, reduced number of bedrooms, two more onsite parking stalls for delivery vehicles, and several other changes in a  five-story building facing Langdon Street and rising to seven stories at the rear. The project on the deep, narrow, L-shaped lot would still include a rooftop deck with a swimming pool.
