Keller Development is seeking feedback from neighbors for a proposed project that would include 103 apartments, 98 underground parking stalls, and 1,500 square feet of commercial space, according to a Capital Timesreport.
The six-story project proposes the demolition of nine existing residential buildings from west Washington Avenue and north Bassett Street. A neighborhood steering committee has been formed and a meeting scheduled.
