An apartment project from Indiana-based The Annex Group is moving forward near the former Oscar Mayer plant after several revisions, the Wisconsin State Journal reported.
There have been concerns about the project’s physical length, which will be located on what is a parking lot at the intersection of Packers and Commercial avenues on Madison’s east side.
The building features 241 lower-cost units which wrap around an above-ground parking structure with about 270 spaces. The first floor also has nearly 6,000 square feet for retail.
