Gebhardt Development recently announced a multifamily development, the Colorado Commons, to provide housing for Sun Prairie residents. It includes 284 market-rate units, a resident clubhouse, and a pool. The project located at North Thompson Road and North Wildwood Street will include 1.6 acres of dedicated park space for public use.
