. The 12-story housing tower will replace Coliseum Bar with 200 housing units, commercial space, and parking. The latest version of the project, the fourth iteration at the corner of East Olin Avenue and John Nolen Drive, will preserve the historic Wonder Bar near the Alliant Energy Center. The developer intends to submit a formal city land-use application on April 11 and plans to start construction in early September 2022. Occupancy for the building is scheduled for April 2024.
