Ann Arbor, Michigan-based developer Quad Capital Partners (QCP) hopes to demolish a building at 121 E. Wilson St. and replace it with a 14-story housing project, according to a Wisconsin State Journal report. The plan called for 337 apartments, 17,000 square feet of commercial space, and underground parking on the site that currently holds the two-story State of Wisconsin Investment Board building. In addition, the project would feature an open-air promenade that would connect to East Wilson Street and overlook Lake Monona. QCP purchased the $12.6 million property last year after the agency announced it would be relocating in 2023.
