Destash, an art and supply “seconds sale” that began in Milwaukee is coming to Garver Feed Mill on June 7.

The event began 11 years ago as a way for artists to clean out their studios by selling unfinished work, goods, prototypes and more.

“For makers, Destash has become an important tool for resetting their studios,” organizer

Kamryn Boelk said in a statement. “It helps clear space, uncover forgotten materials, and make room for new ideas—while giving those items a second life in the hands of someone else. You can really feel how the day inspires people.”

An eclectic bunch of art will be for sale. Prints of Rockford will bring vintage fabrics. Weaver Rebecca Zastany will bring slightly imperfect woven towels. Bookish Stickers from Madison will have mystery packs filled with stickers and magnets.

“It’s such a great chance to make space for new products and ideas—and you get some sweet deals in the process. Everyone wins,” Bookish Stickers, a returning Destash vendor, said in a statement.

The event is from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tickets are $5 online and $7 at the door. Garver Feed Mill is located at 3241 Garver Green.
