Pasqual’s restaurant owner Benjamin Roberts will be opening Penca Luxe Tacos in the lower level of a new building at 1818 Parmenter St. this fall, according to a story in the Wisconsin State Journal.
The restaurant will focus on a traditional Mexican cuisine and offer an open-air feel in the warmer months.
Roberts owns three Pasqual’s southwestern restaurants around the area.
