Delta Beer Lab opens to the public Feb. 18 at 167 E. Badger Road at the Novation Campus, according to a release.
It will initially offer six vastly different craft beers, from porter to ales to IPA. “Our vision is to be a laboratory for excellence in beer, relationships, and society,” notes founder Tim “Pio” Piotrowski.
The business will also offer kombucha and craft sodas.
