Delafield video company lands $3 million in venture funding

In the first funding round involving Baird Venture Partners since 2007, Montage Talent, Inc., has raised $3 million, according to a report in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

The Delafield-based Montage, which makes video interviewing technology, will invest the funds in the development of new features and applications for its technology. Montage now has raised about $5 million since its inception four years ago.

Baird Venture Partners, the venture capital fund of Robert W. Baird & Co., was joined in this funding round by previous Montage investors Calumet Venture Fund of Madison and GCI, an investments office founded by the family of Gary Comer, founder of Lands’ End.
