DeForest’s PinSeekers, an outdoor driving range and entertainment complex that opened less than two years ago along Interstate 39-90-94, has filed for bankruptcy, according to the Wisconsin State Journal. It filed the Chapter 11 petition on Tuesday and is seeking a federal court’s permission to obtain a line of credit while it continues to operate — and figures out how to repay over $13.1 million in bank loans and other debts.

The 60-bay, three-level driving range sits on 14 acres and was opened in 2023 by Ryan Ranguette and Austin Palm. At that time, the project was estimated to cost roughly $26 million. It also features a putting course, mini-bowling, restaurant, and event space.

Court documents show that Palm retains 10% ownership in the venture, while Ranguette is not listed as an owner. A limited liability company represented by Scott A. Anderson owns the remaining 90%.

According to the bankruptcy filing, PinSeekers has between 100–199 creditors, assets of between $1 million–$10 million, liabilities of between $10 million–$50 million, and around $50,000 cash on hand.
