Dean Health System has opened a temporary retail location at West Towne Mall called The Dean Spot to help consumers learn about and navigate through health care reform and the Affordable Care Act marketplace at HealthCare.gov. It will be open during the ACA’s open enrollment period that runs Nov. 15 through Feb. 15.
