Dean Health Plan expands into Waukesha market

Dean Health Plan has expanded its network into the Waukesha market after signing an agreement with ProHealth Care. As of Dec. 1, Dean Health Plan members have access to ProHealth Care’s 90 primary physicians at 16 clinics in Waukesha and Jefferson counties. The agreement also provides access to ProHealth Care’s specialty physicians and Waukesha Memorial Hospital, Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital, and the Rehabilitation Hospital of Wisconsin. Dean Health Plan is the insurance services subsidiary of SSM Health Care. It serves 400,000 members in 20 counties, according to a release.
