Dane County’s bond ratings improve

Moody’s Investments and Fitch Ratings have both raised Dane County’s bond ratings to “stable.” Moody’s gave the county an Aa1 rating, up from its “negative outlook” stance in 2011. Both ratings services now see the county as having better fiscal management and a strong local economy.
