Sales of new cars and trucks in Dane County increased 21% in October, compared to October 2012, according to Reg-Trak of Waterloo. There were 2,052 vehicles sold this year in the county, compared to 1,694 a year ago. Year-to-date through October, Dane County’s sales increased 14% compared to the same period last year.
