Dane County drivers continue to purchase new vehicles, according to the latest sales figures from Waterloo, Wis.-based Reg-Trak. Compared to September 2011, Dane County saw sales of new cars and trucks increase 18.5%. There were 1,778 vehicles sold in September, compared to 1,501 last year. Year-to-date through September, Dane County new vehicle sales are running 15.08% over 2011.
