Sales of existing homes and condos in Dane County increased for the third month in a row in February, according to South Central Wisconsin MLS data. There were 765 new listings in February, compared to 712 in February 2014, and the number of sales increased from 327 in 2014 to 346 this year.
The average sale price in February was $248,685, up from $225,985 a year ago, and the median sale price increased from $197,000 in February 2014 to $216,250 this year.
