According to the South Central Wisconsin MLS, Dane County’s inventory of active home and condo listings at the end of February decreased 18% compared to a year ago. The number of active home listings was down 14%, while there were 25.9% fewer active condos on the market on Feb. 28 compared to the same date in 2012. At this point, the market appears to be balanced between buyers and sellers. The combined inventory is the lowest it has been during any February since 2006.
