According to DaneCountyMarket.com, January’s new foreclosure filings in Dane County numbered 103, compared to 148 in January 2012, for a 30.4% decrease year to year. It was the sixth straight month of year-over-year decreases, and the lowest number of January foreclosures since 2007.
