FiscalNote, a technology provider of global policy and market intelligence, announced its acquisition of Madison-based-Curate, a technology company that provides municipal civic intelligence and monitoring services. Curate was founded in 2016 by Taralinda and Dale Willis and has developed technology that tracks city and county committee meeting minutes and agendas from more than 12,000 municipalities across the United States with 2,000 people or more. The details of the sale were not disclosed.
