As Madison-based CUNA Mutual Group shifts its strategy to focus more on core products, the company plans to sell its crop insurance side business to HCC Insurance Holdings Inc., a Texas-based specialty insurer. The transaction is estimated to be worth $110 million in cash and should be completed early in 2015.
