CUNA Mutual Group announced the acquisition of Grand Rapids, Michigan-based Compliance Systems Inc., a privately held technology company specializing in compliance technology for financial services.
According to a release, the acquisition will expand CUNA’s lending technology capabilities. Terms were undisclosed.
