Culver’s fast food restaurant on Thursday will celebrate National Cheese Curd Day — a Culver’s-created holiday — with complimentary cheese curd samples at a food truck outside the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s Memorial Union.
The curds will be served from 2 to 6 p.m. in front of the building entrance to the Memorial Union Terrace, 800 Langdon St.
National Cheese Curd Day is one of the highlights of Curdtoberfest, Culver’s monthlong celebration of cheese curds.
