Verona-based CSS Power, a privately owned nationwide provider of critical power and infrastructure solutions, has been acquired by Faith Technologies, which is expanding its mission-critical business. Terms were not disclosed. About 20 CSS employees have joined Faith Technologies and will remain in Verona at least until Faith Technologies merges its Sun Prairie and Verona offices later this year. The location of the merged office remains undetermined.
