Home Security of America announced it would be closing its Cross Plains call center on Dec. 6, but most of the 121 employee staff will be offered opportunities to work from home, according to the Wisconsin State Journal.
HSA expects 15 positions will be eliminated in the transition. HSA provides home warranty products.
