Brix Cider opened in Mount Horeb to showcase a variety of Wisconsin apples brewed into both soft and hard ciders.
In a Wisconsin State Journalstory, Matt and Marie Raboin of Barneveld have launched the state’s first cider pub to showcase apples in a liquid form from 18 southern Wisconsin farms.
The pub offers 11 varieties of cider, as well as food that is locally sourced from the region.
