Cousins Maine Lobster, a lobster truck that visited Madison and Verona in August, is returning to Madison on Oct. 11, the Wisconsin State Journal reports. It will come to Karben4 Brewing, 3698 Kinsman Blvd., from noon–8 p.m.
Featured on the television show Shark Tank in 2012, the company has food trucks in 46 U.S. cities. According to the company, the truck sells rolls with wild-caught Maine lobster, New England clam chowder, and other lobster offerings like bisque, tacos, tots, grilled cheese, quesadillas, and more.
