The Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled Public Health Dane County and Madison does not have authority to issue a virtual mandate for students in grades three through 12, according to a report from Wisconsin Public Radio.

A challenge to the mandate that required Dane County students in grades three through 12 to learn virtually was filed by several Madison-area private schools.
