A new tavern looks to open this spring offering bierocks, or, according to the Beirocks website, “a mouth-watering pastry traditionally filled with beef, cabbage, onions, and seasoning. In other words, they’re the perfect drinking food.” Brian and Amanda Carriveau are the owners.
The restaurant will be located at 2911 N. Sherman Ave. in Madison.
