Officials from Public Health Madison & Dane County said the county will not move to the next phase of reopening businesses and other entities before June 12 even if data supports the shift, according to a report from the Wisconsin State Journal.

The next phase means opening businesses to 50% capacity, but officials say that even if data looks good, the county needs time to prepare.
