The top three Wisconsin counties getting the most incoming investment for their communities are Dane, Winnebago, and Outagamie, according to SmartAsset’s second annual study.
The indexed rankings were based on local business establishment growth, GDP growth, new building permits issued, and municipal bond investment.
Dane had an index of 44.97; Winnebago, 44.26, and Outagamie, 32.96.
