The Dane County Board is prepared to rule on a proposed Gorman & Co. housing project on East Washington Avenue today, Feb. 1, without ever seeing the five competing (and rejected) proposals, according to a Wisconsin State Journalreport.
Gorman’s 64-unit project, The Valor, is being proposed as lower-cost housing for veterans and their families on the former Messner’s site at 1326 E. Washington Ave.
