Great Dane Development is planning three single-family cottage homes near St. James Church in Madison. The two-story homes will be built across the rear parking areas of four existing rental properties on Mound Street. Ranging from 1,400 to 1,500 sq. ft., each would have a garage and parking stall that would be accessed through an alleyway, in accordance with specifications in the Greenbush Neighborhood land-use plan. The properties will be available for rent, most likely in 2015, and have already cleared the Plan Commission and Urban Design Commission.
