Cottage Grove-based Johnson Health Tech Co., which manufactures and distributes fitness equipment around the globe, announced that it purchased a majority stake, or 60 percent, of Fujiiryoki, a Japanese company that specializes in massage chairs.
The acquisition expands Johnson Health Tech’s wellness products, according to a Wisconsin State Journalreport.
Johnson Health Tech purchased Fujiiryoki for about $57.72 million, or 6.24 billion Japanese yen.
