Costco has submitted a plan for a 161,000-square-foot store to be located on the corner of County Highways M and PB in Verona, according to a story on Channel 3000. The proposal also includes a gas station on the same plot of land, currently owned by the Livesey Co.
Verona’s Plan Commission takes up the plan on July 6. If the project is ultimately approved, construction could start in fall of 2021 or 2022, and the store would likely open the following summer.
