Gebhardt Development’s Cosmos project on East Washington Avenue gained its final approval from the Urban Design Commission.
As reported in The Capital Times, Cosmos, to be built at 801 E. Washington Ave., will include a Frank Productions’ concert venue named The Sylvee; an American Family Insurance building named The Spark that will also be home to StartingBlock Madison; and a city parking garage.
A 3,300 square-foot public plaza and a community room has been added as a condition for winning the approval for an eight-story portion in a zoning area where five-stories was the limit.
