Scott Cooper is the recipient of the 2013 Silver Medal Award from the American Advertising Federation-Madison chapter. Cooper, principal at marketing Engine Group and former president at Hiebing, will be honored at the 2013 Addy Awards program on Feb. 15. His career also includes executive roles at Famous Footwear and its parent, Brown Shoe.
