Milwaukee-based CG Schmidt Construction has completed renovations on its 34,255-square-foot building at 433 W. Washington Ave. in Madison, according to a statement from the company.
The new office will house the company’s Madison staff and replace its 10 W. Mifflin St. office on the Capitol Square. Kahler Slater Architects designed the new space, which incorporates two bottom floors for leased commercial and retail space.
